Hey guys-

First day back for us teachers in MN. It's going to be a crazy year - I've got stuff in the evening at least once a week, my wife is going back to add on to her master's degree, which will be another night per week, and of course our two kids. So, that means morning workouts again - which I don't like. I used to do that in college, but that was 11 years ago.

So, I was up at 4:30 to do 4DS Higher Intensity Step. It is so hard to workout with the intensity I'd like in the morning. My heart rate monitor barely got up to 70% - even during the blasts. Maybe it will take a few weeks to get used to it. I know I was able to do it before, so I just have to buck up and do it.

Wow Ben 4:30.I used to get up and do my workout then.It was great but lately I have been doing lunch hour & after work.You really have a full load.Take it easy.Today I rollerbladed and did my own full body wokout.Tonight will be soothing Cathe stretch.
