"Any guys out there?" 8-2

Ok... I said I'd follow the 60% of 1RM for BM2 2day... since it's mainly an endurance workout.

BIG mistake!!!

The rotation called for BM - Double Upper Body premix and I made the calculations for the 60% 1RM, arranged my weights and was ready to go. As soon as the double arm row on the ball started (the first exercise, mind you!) I knew I would never be able to do the whole workout with the weights I have chosen... so, I went down to my regular weights (about 5-10lb over what Cathe uses) but my muscles were already sore. That was still too much... I went for the weights Cathe uses to finish the workout but more was to come - poor me!! The cherry on top was the double abs in the end. I was growling!

Now, after almost 12 hours, my shoulders have major DOMs.. and I made a mid-year resolution: Until I get my hands on STS I will never ever try the 1RM percentage on the workouts I do.:p:p:p:p

Sunday's a rest day... wonder why! LOLOLOLOLOL

Chris - enjoy your well-deserved rest!!

I'm taking it easy myself today - just checking in to say hi - no workout. I'm resting up for a long endurance run tomorrow morning - rain or shine. I've been toying with the idea of running a marathon this November. hmmmmmmm, we'll have to see about that one.
