Hey guys-

Today I did Charlene Prickett's "Crazy For Step". It's 65 solid minutes of cardio - and a very welcome stretch. I started with 4 1Rep Maxes. I hope I'm doing them right. I guess I'll start with the exercises I recognize and just go from there. Even doing 3 or 4 per day will take over a month to do. I guess it will keep us occupied until STS is here.

Hey guys - Ben - I've never tried that one before...I'll have to check it out. It's always fun to try out new things, even though I tend to gravitate to my favorites.
What a day. I started out this morning with a 5 mile run and later in the afternoon I did GS back shoulders and biceps, followed by an ab hits. I think I'm good for the day.
So I guess the July road trip came to a close today. Chris, you'll have to give us a report...I'm really looking forward to August.
