Cardio Kicks day 2day plus 3 more 1RM tests for back and chest... Only about 108 more exercises to test!!!:p:p:p:p

Hey guys-

I did an hour on the tredmill today. Kind of inspired by the push ups from gym styles, I did 16 minutes at 6.5 mph, 8 minutes at 6.8, 4 minutes at 7.2, 2 minutes at 7.5, and 1 minute at 8.0 - with rests in between. I'm soaked, and my head is spinning a bit.

Chris, thanks for putting all the STS exercises on a spreadsheet. I downloaded and opened it the first day you posted it - and then quickly closed it again in a panic. :) It looks like you are plugging away at them, though - I better get started. Maybe I'll get started tomorrow. Thanks for going to all that work.

Hey Guys! So I participated in my town's little 5k race this morning. I finished 2nd in my age category (40+) and 8th overall. SO I would have to say I had a successful morning. I even finished ahead of most of the whipper snappers. Of course, my butt and and legs are killing me already - so I'm all in for the day. Gym style tomorrow.
