I started the thread early this am but I must have done something weird and it never got posted!!!:+ :+ :+
Anyways... here's 2day's accomplishment:
SJP Step only premix + SB (all of it...) + KPC Abs (made it through to stability-ball roll ins.. but didn't have the strength to do them...), totaling 80'... (pant, pant, pant)
The weather was cooler this am and a nice breeze was coming through the windows.
REally???? I am so looking forward to the Workout Manager!!!!
