Happy Friday everyone!
I usually follow Cathe's rotations with some tweeks here and there depending on what DVD's I have. I'm at the end of a 4 week rotation with the Intensity Series and not only do I love it, I am getting great results. I finally figured out that I get better results with a little less cardio and an extra day of strength training and I want to continue that for another 3-4 weeks increasing the weight I've been using.
Is that too long to be on one rotation or does it matter as long as I am getting results and not getting bored?
