PS is a natural for DVD
Oh, think of the combos!! You could do PS BLT (biceps, legs and triceps--not bacon, lettuce, tomatoes!). Or PS ABC (abs, back, chest). Or PS BLAST (back, legs, abs, shoulders, triceps). Think how easy it would be to do that inner/outer thigh sequence multiple times! Or you could do both abs sections from PS BBA and PS SLA. Oh, the possibilities!
Okay, I'm getting carried away, but you really could have fun with this one. Put me on the waiting list, too. The nice UPS guy just brought me Cardio Hits DVD today

I particulary liked the BLT and the ABC'S! I am still looking for a DVD player to buy, seeing as I ordered all the new Cathe's on DVD. Hmmm, I may just have to order CardioHits and put my VHS's on the exchange!
