Any cardio FIRM tapes good?

I have a lot of Cathe's videos and just LOVE THEM, BUT I need a little change and variety so I bought a FIRM sculpting tape. I really liked it, but was wondering if they have any cardio tapes that are worth looking into? Anybody tried any or have one that they particularily like?

I have some of the Firm's older stuff. It's nice for a change of pace sometimes. You could check out this board for opinions:

I sold all of my Firms recently except for Super Cardio. That is a good one, in my humble opinion.
