I just bought a exercise bike and there is a setting on it that tracks how many miles I've pedaled. I was wondering do you all shoot for a certain number of miles, or do you go time wise, and if I increase the resistance is that comparable to weight training since it recruits the muscle much harder than on the regular setting. (And I lose my breath much faster not to mention the burning sensation in my quads)
