Hi there,
Upon seeing someone do it in the stretch part of my workout today, on a whim I tried doing the splits.
To my utter amazement, I was almost able to do them.
Now I am obsessed to be able to go down allllll the way.
Anyone here teach themselves how to do this, and if they did, did they totally throw their hips out on the journey? LOL. If I hold myself in the splits (one leg in front and one in the back) for a little while on each side, trying to go a little lower every day or so, do you think that will do it?
