Hi Cathe and welcome back.(or anyone else who might be able to answer my question) I have thouroughly enjoyed your website. I am a brand new "fan" as of last week and just started your tapes. My question is---I teach aerobics & toning (only using 2-5 pound weights) in my community and have for 20 years. I am 47 and consider myself to be in great cardio condition (until I do your INTERVAL MAX!!! Just kidding, but it does challenge me!!)I feel like since I have done the same type of aerobics for years, that I don't get the results that I want, especially now that I am older and I have to work twice as hard to maintain my weight. I battle with 10 pounds.I teach 4 classes a week and since I feel like I never overdo because of being so used to doing my type of aerobics, will it hurt for me to do your program also on the same days at home? I feel like your program of step and the strength tape really challenges me more, plus I consider it crosstraining since I have never done step. I know I probably have not stated this well. I guess the main question is--Is it okay to workout 2x/day? If not, that means that I can not do your tapes 3 days out of my week. I am totally hooked on the tapes and I'm trying to master the choreography which has been a challenge. I always take Sunday off as my day of rest.(So, that would be 4 days I could not use your tapes). Sorry, for being so winded! Welcome back and THANK YOU sooo much for caring for others. Give little Eric a BIG hug!
