I know there have been several questions of this type posted, but I would really appreciate some feedback from those who have done and/or looked at meso 2 and 3. I would love to buy the entire STS package, but can seriously only afford one right now (and in the near future). My goal right now is muscle growth and definition, so I have narrowed it down to either 2 or 3. I have plenty of muscle endurance type workouts already.
Here's my question - I really want the plyo legs workouts that come with meso 3. In your opinions, could I modify meso 3 somewhat to achieve similar benefits as those from meso 2? For example, do a few more repetitions with weights comparable to what I would have used for meso 2? My body responds well to meso 2 type workouts, but my lower body loves plyometrics!
