I just ordered the 8-pack with CTX and Cardio kicks and Circuit Max. I am so excited I feel that it is a better investment than the BBS 3. I am now a part of the Cathemania Crew and it it feels goooood. I cannot wait to get started and start seeing the results.

you will not be disappointed! CTX remains one of my faves! So versatile. I like them as a rotation by themselves plus I use the cardio sections in a one body part per day rotation. Meaner Legs is awesome! have fun!!!!

I got these because I was so impressed with Power Circuit (VHS)...it's short but it really works you and it even has an ABS section. I remember doing LL (VHS from a SWAP)and sputtering when she mentioned that there was an abs section after she tried to kill me. So the set is mine now! I tried ALL STEP and that was fun and last night Step and Intervals plus the Step portion of 10-10-10. I have step tapes that could go for an hour and not make you feel like these!
