Another Type of Power Hour

I was just in the grocery store and overheard some guys talking about Power Hour, and boy did my ears perk up! But the Power Hour they were discussing was a "coming of age" ritual where someone takes a drink every hour on the hour for eight hours. A different type of lifting involved! And for sure one that I could never do.

hmm... We played Power Hour in college all the time. It involved taking a shot of beer every minute for 1 hour. I think if i tried that now i would fall asleep after 15 mins. haha

Yeah, we all thought Cathe's PH was "lethal," but apparently this Power Hour of drinking thing is killing kids around the country. I read an article the other day and these days, they don't use beer but rather hard liquor instead. That many shots will put anyone into a very bad state!

No real power in that, that's for sure. Think of what all that will do to their bodies.....GROSS! Should call it "Morbid Hour"
