ANOTHER TANK TOP ROTATION, WHICH ONE IS THE BEST?

Hi everyone,
I just realized that I have another rotation called the tank top rotation that is different the othe one I seen It goes like this.

Day 1- Pure strength- chest, back, shoulders, bicep, triceps
Day 2- Cardio
Day 3- Cardio 30 minutes + shoulders, biceps, triceps
Day 4- strong legs & abs
Day 5- Cardio
Day 6-MIS

I noticed that the one has no cardio in it. Which one works the best for those great arms for summer, do you know? Thank to any feedback.

It looks fine. I'm doing my own version of the tank top rotation this month using PH, MIS, CTX Upper Body, Pyramid DVD, Body Max, and Pure Strength. I'm not sticking with a particular tape because boredom settles in for me when I do. The key is to work your biceps, shoulders, and triceps three times per week and back and chest twice per week.

Hi Michelle,

The rotation you mention above is the same as Marlene123's rotation except the legs tape. I would venture to guess that whomever gave you this rotation didn't own CTX because day 4 is the only difference in what Marlene put together.

Which one works better? I think doing cardio 3 x a week at 30 minutes a shot is could give you good results.
