Another STS question

The STS series looks SO fantastic!!! I do have a few questions:
Forgive me if these questions already have been asked, but I was wondering:
Will the STS series qualify for free shipping since it's over $100?
Also, I've read where many are gearing up for the workouts and training for them. Will they be something we need to really prepare ourselves for, or can we easily transition to them?
Also: will they incorporate cardio or any cardio suggestions?
And finally: when will the presale end?
Sorry for all of the questions. I'm a former reporter, and old habits die hard.
Thanks so much, Cathe, for all of your hard work!!!! This is such a huge project. You'll never know how much you're appreciated!

Stephanie:

Cathe and SNM have previously stated that this initial round of STS training system concerns weight training only. Cathe mentioned that she plans future cardio workouts, possibly along the same conceptual approach to fitness as the STS system, that can be inserted into the fitness week to use with the STS system of weight training.

From Cathe's description posted today, as long as you are already regularly lifting, you should not have to launch yourself into a rapid training program to get yourself ready to do the STS workouts, this would miss the point. The STS system is the workout approach that gets you to the point where you achieve your max fitness potential. It is already the perfectly graduated program that lets you grow as you train, with a natural progression between high rep endurance lifting with lighter weights to strength based lower and even lower rep lifting with heavier weights. By the time you have completed the first mesocycle, you will be ready to tackle the next stage.

Remember that the great thing about weight lifting is that anyone can do it no matter where they are when they begin it, they just lift lighter weights at the beginning. No matter what your level, we all do the same exercises and progress at a level that suits our current level of fitness, that's why Cathe has you test to find out your 1 rep max before starting the program.

I believe the posted description stated that s/h costs were in addition to the cost of the DVDs. That's quite a few discs to ship.

We never offer free shipping on presale orders, but we do on any additional DVDs you may order. Like all of our presales there will be several price increases along the way. We have not decided when these dates will be, but we will always make an announcement on our website at least one week befor any price increase. As for special training as long as you have been working out with Cathe you should be ready to begin STS training.

you've also not had an over $99 presale since implementing the free shipping on $99 shopping cart!

so i can see why, because of your current policy of orders over $99 being free.... (and our pre-orders will be OVER 99... well over... )that customers would expect the same deal as when buying other dvd's that are in the store!

it also brings the presale and post production price that much closer... since post production customers will get the benefit of the free shipping over $99....
