What are the best cross trainer shoes for weight training & kickboxing? I don't know if it makes a difference, but I don't do step, except as part of HSC.
I always use Saucony for running & New Balance as xtrainers - right now I'm using NB980, but not sure it's really giving me the best cushioning & support for heavy weight leg work.
Just wondering what model/brands other people are liking (particularly NB users: what model#?) Is the Ryka Rhythm I keep hearing about better for high frequency steppers or for weights,too?

...I just ordered my 3rd pair thru another thread here....I will probably go to Rykas when I when these out...
