(another) rotation question

Hi Cathe! I know you get bombarded with rotation questions and I've done a search for a few, maybe I did it wrong...I couldnt find very many. Anyway, I was wondering if you could provide maybe two rotation options. I'm 5'1", medium build, want to lose the 10-15 lbs that have found their way to my body during medical school. I have some fairly good muscle below that layer of fat so I'm looking for a fun, fat-burning, toning workout. (And, yes I'm going to follow a clean diet as well :) ). I have your CTX series, the PS series, Interval Max, Body Max, Power Max, Step Fit, Step Works, MIC, and MIS. I'm hoping for a barbell for Xmas, but right now I have dumbells ranging from 3-12 lbs. which have worked fairly well except for many of the back exercises. I'm still working on ways to keep myself motivated when I dont see those "quick" results that I know in my heart of hearts dont exist. Is a 4 week rotation ample time? And, when do you think I should start seeing results?? Thank you for all of your quick and helpful responses. I dont know where I would be today if I had not stumbled upon your videos. I dont work "gym" hours so working out at home with killer tapes has been a real godsend!

Happy Holidays to you and yours,

Stacy

RE: Hi Stacy!!

I'm 5'1" too!! I'm following a PS rotation that Cathe set up for me. I've been on it 2 weeks now and so far I've lost 3lbs and dropped 1 1/2 in from my body. I think that pretty good for two weeks. My thread where she gave me the rotation was titled"What changes can I expect with the PS Series?" It was posted late Nov. or early Dec. Anyway, just a thought. Hope it help ya'!

RE: Hi Stacy!!

Hi Aimee...glad to hear I'm not the only vertically challenged exerciser out there!! Congrats on the 3lbs...that's so awesome!! I found your thread, thanks for the info. I was wondering if I could ask what your diet has been during these rotations. Ive been out of the exercise loop for awhile, mainly because of frustration and now I'm mentally ready to get back into the swing of things and face the challenge. Thanks for all of your help.

:) Stacy
