Another Question Regarding August Bootcamp Rotation!

Hi Cathe,

I am getting ready to do the 5am Fiesta tomorrow (it will be more like an 11am Fiesta for me, but the effect will be the same I'm sure!!!) I just wanted to make sure I understood a couple of things:

(1) Is there a difference between a crunch and a situp for the purposes of the workouts?

(2) Is a squat thrust similiar to a terminator climber, but you don't "climb the mountain" on your hands and knees?

(3) Is a toe toucher just touching your toes, and then hands back to your hips or above your head?


Sorry for all the questions, but I want to make sure I don't "cheat" tomorrow!

So far, this rotation has been amazing--I feel so engerized, and so empowered.

Hi Melissa,

Not Cathe of course, but when I did it, I did sit-ups (as many as I could) followed by crunches if I couldn't complete full sit ups.
