I've been a long time lurker and have loved all the info here
I used to work out at home some time ago, but in recent time I belonged to a gym & found that the drive time and same ole classes far from inspiring...cancelled my membership and back to working out at home...
anyhooo...now need some enabling or err...disabling if you think that is needed ...Not big on set rotations, as I love variety & like to choose what suits my needs as I go...thus building the 'collection'...
so, due to the current sale/coupons, I've got a cartfull of workouts
I have just started w/cathe's workouts...have the Timesaver DVD & love it, -esp the kickboxing portion...I've spent quite a bit-o-time reviewing the videos & previous posts to make my selection...I'm concerned with any duplication of the type and/or style of workout mainly...is this a good variety for a well rounded collection? I want a some step/kb/circuit for cardio and both stength & endurance training
please give any opinions on my list...
