I am relatively new to itrain. I know they are almost ready to release the latest workouts, and I keep checking. But do I have to -- or when they release it do they send you an e-mail notice announcing the latest version? TIA

Hey Lorrie.

Yeah you need to check the website. They don't send out emails notifying you that the new work outs have been posted.

I LOVE that we can enable you buy these! I AM ADDICTED!

I know all week the site said the latest round would be launched around 3/11 and we would not be disappointed. Ummmm - I missed something - is itread set 28 only a 30 minute outdoor walk with a baby stroller? When I go to the list of all itread workouts, it now stops at set 26. As I said I am rather new to how they run their site, but is 28 only the mommy bootcamp thing? Thanks for the info.

What's up with iTread's price increases?!!?!?!?!? I'm so bummed. I really can't purchase anymore of these at the new prices they're at. I mean, come on--$14.99 for a short cycling workout?!?!?!?!?!

These are audio-only workouts that I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MYSELF! How can they charge so much for them when they have to do so little? They don't even have to ship them out to me!

Don't get me wrong--I love, love, love iTreads and iClimbs. I'm just sad to see the prices go up so high with no advance warning. :(

Is that the one year package? If it is, it just went up from about 80 bucks a year to $150!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek:

Hey Allison! I just checked again, and I don't see any price increases on the INDIVIDUAL workouts. I didn't see any cycling workout for $14.99. As for the iTreads, I BELIEVE the prices are the same (although, like I said, since I have the Resolution package I may not notice anyway). BUT YIKES!!! You're right....the Resolutions Package DID go up considerably!

(and yes, it's the one-year package where I get 3 new downloads each month! I better go check when I expire before they automatically renew me! YIKES!)

OK - I was just on the website and I'm confused and probably am just not looking in the right place, but there are only a few iTreads listed so where do I find the "set 1", etc.??? I've heard everyone talk about a bunch of different workouts, but I can't seem to find them listed.

I'm wondering if the price increase will affect current subscribers. I got in on the monthly motivator package back in 2005 where you get 5 downloads a month. I thought you were "locked" into that price as long as you didn't cancel. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one!

Oh, and a word of warning....the "Gold" workouts (only swim available now) are not part of your package deal. If you subscribe, you get them for 50% off. I put the Swim workout in my cart and didn't pay attention until the end where it charged me $9.99 for it. Oh, well....live and learn. Now I just have to find a waterproof MP3 player for the pool. Man this fitness buying never ends, lol!

Kathy, I'm on the 5 mp3 files per month plan too. I am hoping that the price change doesn't effect our subscriptions or I am definitely canceling.

I still think it's ridiculous. I actually plan on writing to them and letting them know that they've lost me as a customer. The economy is already crappy enough. I'm paying almost 4 bucks for a gallon of gas. I'm not gonna pay $12.99 for a 30 minute DOWNLOADABLE workout.

Gayle – Yep, it’s the plan where iTrain charges you monthly (instead of yearly). I actually had two plans going at one time, lol. I had bought the yearly plan and still had a few months left on it so I re-subscribed to the monthly plan (using my other email account) so I could get in on the deal before Grace changed it to 3 downloads per month. So at one time I was getting 8 credits a month. And you wonder how I have all these iTrains…you say? LOL!

Karin – I’m staying regardless (unless she starts charging my salary a month, lol). She’s got me….hook, line and sinker. Can you say SUCKER? :p

Oh, Karin....have you listened to the new iCycle with Buddy? Very good! I'm going to have to try it out on Sunday. I still miss Keith this month, though. :(

Kathy, actually I will probably keep the subscription too if they increase it :) because my only form of cardio is using the cardio machines at the gym. I don't do cardio DVDs anymore due to knee issues.

I haven't listened to the new icycle with Buddy but I did download it. I am glad to hear that you liked it. Did you try Mimi's from a month or two ago? I haven't tried it yet.
