Perhaps it might be time for another Intermediate Fat Burning Rotation, Especially when the new STS Cardio DVD's comes out.
You are so busy right now, but perhaps in the Fall. You are so creative and such a genius when it comes to rotations that I think the next one would also be just as great if not better.
