Another Insanity Question . . . . .

Hi All!
I've been reading all your posts about Insanity and how everyone seems to love it that I decided I have to have this workout series!! :p I never really considered it an option since I pre-ordered STS Cardio and thought they were similar workouts, but after reading more and more about Insanity, I see it has some non-weighted total body work, not just cardio. Being a cardio junkie, this seems right up my alley with the benefit of added toning/inch loss possibilities.

So my question for all who ordered is this:
Did you all order from Beach Body or some other site?? I've never ordered from beach body as I've heard many, many horror stories! I ordered P90X from QVC so I didn't have to deal with BB, but Insanity isn't available there. Insanity is sold on ebay and other sites (new in box and sealed) and I was wondering if any of you ever ordered from other sites and what your experiences were.

there are a few bb coaches around here you can order through.
makes it much easier, as BB can be a hassle with customer service.

I had jonahnah order it for me a while back, and it came within a week :)

The shipping is better and cheaper! Jonahnah(cathe member) is a BB coach. You can find her in the other insanity threads.
 
Just wanted to say I bought mine "new in the box" off eBay...looks like now they are going for between $80-90 including free shipping.

Alos, I'm on my fourth day of Insanity today and so far I am loving it! It's kicking my butt (which I thought was in pretty good shape, due to years of Cathe workouts). I just hope it helps me get the results that so far I've never been able to achieve...
 
Hi UnstrungHarp - So you had no problems with the DVDs you got from ebay?? I'm so afraid to order and have them be in a foreign language or something:p:p But you can't beat that price for new in box/unopened Insanity. And its good to hear yet another great review of these workouts!

Careful of the ones on e-bay. I was looking to purchase mines from there too until I looked more closely at the sellers. Some of them are coming from overseas, others have not been on e-bay for long, etc. One seller warned buyers that some sellers were taking orders without telling the customer that the item was on back order. The few legitimate ones can go as high as the original price.

UnstrungHarp: do you remember the seller's id name and was it shipped from within the US? You seem happy with yours and I don't want to get screwed.

Exactly what I was thinking. There are sellers from China (why I thought the videos might be in a foreign language!), new ebayers, etc. The one I was watching was from (or so they say) New York - I was 'watching' an auction in my ebay section this morning, well I looked about an hour ago and the sellers canceled the auction and said the item was relisted, but it wasn't. So that just made me leary of them. And I think they were the only seller that I would actually consider buying off of. So I'm thinking the route to take is ordering through a BB coach. I like a deal as much as anyone, but when you're spending that much money, paying a little more for piece of mind is worth it to me.
