Another freestyle question

I am still waiting patiently (I am trying that is) for my Freestyle book but I have a question that I would love to have some information on now if possible. I read some information stating that one should use 75% to 80% of what they usually use. I am wondering, would one use 75-80% of what they would use for say, Slow and Heavy or for GS Legs?

Tallchick....I haven't even done S&H since starting Freestyle but YES...definitely decrease the weight to 70% of what you normally used!! I did decrease my weight in GS also and any other Cathe leg workout I do...:)...Carole
 
Thank you again. Carole, you are wonderful. Do you get bored with the lower weight? How long did it take you to see results?
 
You are welcome...:)...no I never have gotten bored with the lower weights. I love working my legs this way. I saw results in about 3 weeks. And now that I have cleaned up my diet I expect some more...:)...Carole
