Another CTX question

Does anyone increase the weightload substancially and slow down the reps on the weight sections of CTX? I was wondering if this would be beneficial to make it more of a strength workout rather than just endurance.

I've done that with the back work and with the biceps. But I find that I get great definition after a 4 week rotation of CTX doing each upper body part twice a week using the same weights Cathe uses (except I can only muster 12# instead of 15 for the overhead presses on the All Step video. Humbling.) Have fun!
