Another Cathe Live idea: another like "3-3-3"

I'm sitting here drenched in sweat after revisiting Cathe Live "3-3-3"! Wow, what a great concept and a truly challenging but doable workout (but maybe more in the 45-50 min range!). All of the modifications are so helpful not only in this workout but to take into other workouts. I'd love to see a sequel!
 
I did this one yesterday and think it's a great workout. If you want a shorter workout, you could skip the final round. I was definitely tempted and modified for less intensity. I couldn't believe she added on those burpees too. Yikes! But I did it all.
