Ok, so I went to his website and I know a lot of you have ordered this ebook. Is it more hype? Do I have to follow it exactly? (Do you get the idea that I'm thinking I might not be able to
)What exactly ARE the 12 foods we should NEVER eat? Is this a plan that will work with my family and my current healthy recipes or will I have to learn a whole new way to cook? ( I currently use almost exclusively recipes from Cooking Light and keep fat below the 30% level) One more question ;-) re: cardio. I see from some posts that he may recommend for certain things 20-30 minutes of cardio. If I use cardio for heart health and not necessarily fat loss, shouldn't I still keep it at the 30-60 minute mark?
I know this is long, but before I spend 40 bucks, I'd like to know it will be worth it and TIA to those of you who respond
