Another Ab Hits Question

What is it about Ab Hits that everyone likes so much? I think it's the only DVD of Cathe's that I don't own, but I figured that I didn't "need" it because I already have on DVD all the workouts that include abs. Tell why this one is a "must have" and I'm sure I'll buy it!

Probably just the ease of having all that ab work on one dvd.

If SNM would make an Ab Hits II, I would buy in a heartbeat....hint- hint SNM.....

Not sure why but I personally find it more challenging then core max.
