I know this has been asked as well, and I feel dumb. On the alternating exercises, like alternating seated overhead shoulder press, how do you count reps? Each rep as one, right hand 1, left hand 2, right hand 3, left hand 4, etc.... Or right hand, left hand 1; right hand, left hand 2; right hand, left hand 3, and so on....
