Annette - Your faux CTX Rotation

Hi Annette -

I'm coming down the home stretch using your faux CTX rotation, and I LOVE it! I'm seeing good results from it.

I've never done one of your rotation before because I didn't possess enough the of DVDs recommended. Also, before I started this rotation, 99% of the time I used my Cathe DVDs using the basic program from start to finish. So using premixes etc. has gotten me out of that rut and I'm really having fun with this.

Thanks for this rotation. You're extremely talented. Great job!

I'm glad you're enjoying Faux CTX! One of these days I'm going to cook up a special Mish-Mosh Rotation (but don't tell anyone I told you that!).

An update - I did measuring this morning, and since starting this rotation (and being diligent about fitday.com entries) I lost an inch from my waist and an inch from my hips. And I've lost 2 lbs of that last blessed 10 pounds.
 
Bubbles100 - that's AWESOME! Good work!

May I suggest as a follow-up, to do the "Blast From The Past" rotation, or a real leg-blaster the "Plie Jack / Plyo Lunge" rotation.

Or - just do whatever the heck you want! You RAWK!
