I patterned this after Look Great in 8 with quite a few modifications for my legs and it is working. I am only starting my 2nd week and my legs are really improving - my thighs are getting much tighter, abs flatter. I am eating clean and thought I would share. Some days are long workouts but I guess I needed to take it up to make progress that I am looking for:
Week 1
S - HC Extreme 2, LB Floor work from PLB, Strech Max 1
M - Super Sculpting, 1/2 Imax 1
T - Floor Work from PS Legs, Core Max 1, Stretch Max 2
W - Bootcamp
T - Powerstrike 1, Floor work from Legs and Glutes
F - Step, Jump, and Pump
S - Rebounding, LB floor work from Firm It Up, Cool It Off
Week 2
S - Rest
M - Back and Biceps from GS, 2nd half Imax 1, Floor work from GS Legs
T – GS Legs Standing Leg Work, Core Max 1, Stretch Max 3
W - Chest and Tris from GS, Floor work from PS Legs
T - KPC, Floor Work from PLB, Stretch Max 1
F – Delts from GS, Imax2
S - Lowmax, Floor work from FIU
Week 3
S - Abs from MM, Cool It Off
M - Back and Tris from CTX Upper Body Split, Step Blast (no blast), floor work from PS Legs
T - Quad and Hams from LL, CTX UPS Delts, SJP HiLo only
W - Chest and Bis from CTX UPS, 2nd half Imax 2, floor PS Legs abs from LL
T - LL, CTX UPS Delts, Imax2 Blast Mania
F - Back and Tris from CTX UPS, Floor work from GS Legs, Stretch Max 2
S - Chest and Bi's from CTX UPS, Kickmax, TBM, abs from MM
Week 4
S - Stretch Max 2 and 3
M - PLB standing legwork only, 1st half Imax 3, Core Max 1
T - Bis and Tris from PUB, SJP HiLo, floor work from Legs and Glutes
W - Powerstrike 1, Walking lunges to failure
T - Step Blast, Stretch Max 3
F - Back and Chest from PUB and PLB, 2nd half Imax 3, Core Max 2
S - Delts from PUB, Hardcore Extreme 2, floor work from FIU
The next 4 weeks will be basically the same with a little more cardio. After that I will take a week of swimming and riding my bike before I start a different rotation. I basically am working my legs every day alternating floor and standing work and doing abs every other day.
