Hi Cathe..
I just wanted to update you on my ankle that I sprained while ice skating. I went to the doc yesterday and she said that it was a"first degree" sprain. I think that's what she called it. She said I shouldn't do any type of impact aerobics for ten days. So what do you think of just doing your weight tapes for the time being? Then after ten days, what tapes should I start out with? And how often should I do them? I guess I could do them low impact, but it's so hard for me to just do them low impact. I always have to be jumping as high as you!! LOL!!!
I have every one of your videos except the really early ones and the Wedding Tape. I guess said another way: every one from Step Jam on. I probably shouldn't start out with IM? LOL!! My ankle is really feeling better. I can walk on it, it just hurts when I bend it in certain ways. I think the ice really really helped alot.
Cathe--thanks so much for your advice and encouragement. It really made me feel better. Any suggestions for getting back on my feet (so to speak) would be very much appreciated.
I hope your toe is doing well!!
Thanks so much Cathe!
Melanie
