The link I gave you was for AA flight 1430 leaving ORD at 10:14 and getting to Philly at 1:10. Emily is taking flight 1146 that leaves ORD at 12:05 and gets to Philly at 3:05. Either one is fine with me.

Going back I found AA flight 1569 that leaves at 5:53 and gets back to ORD at 7:21. Emily found a US Airways flight 637 that leaves Philly at 2:30 and gets back to ORD at 3:47.

The 2 AA flights I sent you come up to about $200. Taking the US Airways flight back home will save about $20.

So, with all those choices, what do you think?!? :p

Hiya y'all! If you decide to book on the same flights I have, I'm sitting in seats 19A and 18A (I can't remember right now which seat is for which flight, but they're so close!). I remember there were other empty seats in my row - so you could pick seats nearby too. :)
 
That sounds good to me - Emily how did you book to get the best price? Did you go to each airline website and book separately?

Using www.expedia.com you can pick your seat. I just chose seat 19B for the flight there. 19A was taken so that must be Emily. Angie, when you book yours, choose row 19 right next to us!

Okay and for the flight back I chose seat 18B right next to Emily, so Angie pick 18C for the flight back. :)
 
Expedia had the best price I found, but I couldn't find a way to choose my seats on Expedia (other than setting a preference for aisle or window), so I went through Orbitz for $2 more ($185) and got to pick my seats.

ETA: DOH, okay, so you can pick seats with Expedia. ;) Oh well, I only wasted $2. :p
 
I'm on expedia and I just picked my seats. There's an option when you are booking that says, "Pick seat" or "aisle", or whatever. Choose that.

On the flight there I'm in 19B and on the flight back I'm in 18B.

All right, you guys are all on the same flight coming in at 3:05, then I'm just gonna wait at the airport for you. I'll bring my Hari Krishna outfit and harass innocent travellers. Maybe I can make some spending money;)

Is that $183 round trip? Wow! This is an expensive trip for me. But I don't care!!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE:+
 
Shall we arrange a rental car for the 4 of us? Or do you think more people will be arriving about the same time and want to pile into a big van?

It will probably be easier for just the 4 of us to get a car since our departure times on Sunday are pretty close together too (Shelley, you leave at 3:30-ish, right?).

All in all it is a semi pricey trip but you only live once right? :7
