Hi Guys.....How are you?? I hope you are well. I had a great time. Although, it is good to be home. I did the 82 min. L&G's/ KPC premix. My legs are sore today. Hope you are well.

Good Morning Ladies.....Hope you are both well. I had a migraine yesterday, so I did not work out. I am goibng to today though. I have a couple of things to do, and then I am going to do PUB, and some treadmill time. Hope you are both well!!!!!!!!

Hi Lori! Welcome back! I've had some great workouts lately. Today I plan on doing PLB Up Only using moderate to heavy weight then maybe RS. I think I will do the abs from Step Heat. It is one of Cathe's best ab workout in my opinion....a real burner! Tomorrow is my last day of summer school then I have next week off then I start "real" school! I'm not ready for that hectic schedule again, but it never takes long to get back into the swing of things. I traded my Timesaver DVD for the Slow & Heavy DVD on the ya ya's board. I'm hoping it will arrive tomorrow so I can preview and plan a new rotation. Glad you had a good trip! I hope your migrane gets better. Have a good afternoon/night!

I ended up doing Step Heat WU&Step only then right into PLB Up Only Premix using maximum weight. I will save the Step Heat abs for tomorrow!

Hi everyone. I started Cathe's Aug. rotation with my lower body freestyle group. I can really tell a difference since I QUIT DOING SO MUCH LEG WORK. So, yesterday I did ME. Today is PS Legs and a fast walk on my treadmill. I have been successful at counting my Points for 3 days. I am going back to Dallas for a Premier weekend on Sept. 2, and I would like to drop 5 lbs. by then. I hope I can do it. Hope everyone is well.

Hi ladies,

Glad to "see" you're doing so well! It's been a difficult week - my brother-in-law (13 y.o.) broke his ankle on Sunday night. He was discharged yesterday.

Angela, I'm glad you had a good trip!

Lori, sounds like your program is working! You're not doing legwork everyday then? It didn't work for me - my thighs actually got bigger.

I worked out on Sunday morning and Tuesday night, Monday I was too tired and yesterday my knee started bothering me...going up and down stairs is the worst and I'm not sure what caused it. I'm going to stretch some and hopefully will do some cardio in the morning.

My weight is down, finally, and I tried on a pair of pants tonight that I bought a few months ago that were skintight. They fit nicely now! It's slow going but I'm sticking with it - at least I'm seeing some results, kwim? Even if it's nothing too drastic.

This weekend is dd's 6th b-day so Sat. and Sun. will be very hectic.

Glad to "see" you Randi! I didn't take a trip though...wish I had...tee hee. That was Lori!

Tonight I did RS/C&W Heavy Weight Upper Body Premix/Step Heat abs only/C&W stretch.

Today was my last day of summer school. I have next week off and then the school year starts already! I must begin planning next week!

Randi, I'm glad you are seeing results. I definitely go by how my clothes fit rather than just the scale although weighing myself on the scale when I have been bad is a good way to shock myslef back on track REAL fast! Tee hee!

Lori, I thought about doing this month's rotation, but I should be getting Slow&Heavy(I traded) any day now so I know I will have to do a rotation with those!

I plan on cardio tomorrow...maybe an Imax and something on Saturday, but I don't remember what I have scheduled.

Randi- I am so glad to see you are back!!!! I was getting kinda worried, you haven't been here in awhile!!! Congrats on the weight loss.

Me, on the other hand, I have gained some weight back. I have really been slacking on my eating and workouts, but I am getting back into it.

Randi, the leg work every day really worked well for me. I used light weights, and 2 days, I only did floor work. I can see the difference in my legs from slacking off. My saddlebags are coming back. YUCK.

Angela- I LOVE your picture!!! It is so nice to "See" you!!! You and your husband look very happy together. Great pic.

Well, today is C&W's. I really like that workout, and am looking forward to it.

Thanks Lori! Tonight I did L&G/C&W Step Premix Only/C&W abs only. The weather has been gorgeous here in S.C. 80 degrees and low humidity. I opened every window in my house as wide as they would go! It is supposed to be this beautiful all weekend...woo hoo!:7
 
Well, business is booming, and I did not get in my C&W's yeaterday, so I will do it today. I usually rest on Sundays, but tomorrow night, I will be doing a workout!!!!!! Life is good!!!!!!!!!

Hey Lori,
I'm so glad your business is doing good. We continue to have gorgeous weather...it has been a perfect weekend. I have my windows open once again. I did SB this morning followed by SJP abs. My S&H DVD came today so I'm previewing it now. I'm about to go out and help my husband paint the front porch then go downtown to eat ice cream and read in the sun followed by a walk in the park. Have a great rest of the weekend.

Hey guys,
My husband just looked at me this morning, laughed and said that I was crazy. I just rec'd the S&H series yesterday(I traded my Timesaver for it) and I was just going to do the Bi's and Tri's then I thought...we're not going to church...Al is going to paint the porch... there are only 3 more upper body parts...what the hec...so then I did chest&back then shoulders! I don't know what the rest of my rotation will look like this week as it will depend on the DOMS and how I feel after this craziness. :p
 
Angela- You are crazy!!!! I hope you do not hurt too bad!!!! I did P90X Plyometrics and the floor work from PS legs yesterday. I am glad I was not the only one who stayed home from church yesterday to catch up. I felt really guilty. I have just been overwhelmed at home, and with my business. It was nice to just get alot done yesterday. I got alot accomplished. Now, I am off to a busy work week again!!!!! Have a great week, and I will talk to you tomorrow!!!

Well, I was pretty sore last night but it is not bad at all today. My upper back and backs of my shoulders are still sore but not a bad sore. Today I hope to do S&H Legs only then cardio...maybe the abs from S&H...we'll see.
