Very interesting, Cathy. But doing as many reps for 20 seconds and trying to beat the clock to get in as many reps in so short a time... wouldn't that get one to sacrifice form? The exercises also seem to be incredibly stressful on the knees. However, I've done a version of the "thruster" before. It's actually a great exercise. I can see doing it when I'm on vacation and have no equipment. Maybe I can use a pair of 2-liter soda bottles full of water.:)
