Ana Brett & Ravi Singh Yoga DVDs?

Does anyone have any of the yoga workouts from these two? I'm looking at adding some yoga to my routine and these seem to have good reviews on Amazon. Any recommendations of which ones are best? They have a bunch.

I'm selling the Ultimate Stretch Workout on Ebay (UK!) at the moment! I like it but I don't do it very often and I'm trying to make some space on my shelves.

It's at the more spiritual end of the market. There's chanting with the breath at the end and eastern-type music.

I've never done Kundalini before and it was nice to try something different. It makes a change from doing warrior poses all the time!

They're not expensive so worth a go to see if you like them.

Hi Liann,

I have the Kundalini Yoga for Beginners & Beyond, and it's a lot of fun! The first time I did it, I felt a little silly since I'd never done Kundalini yoga before, but it's a nice change, as Ronne said, from hatha yoga. I'd recommend it!:)

Thanks guys! I'm looking for something that I can use as a stress reliever/relaxer. I've been dealing with a lot of stress lately (work/relationships/etc...) and just need to RELAX a little. I will give this a go. ;)

Yoga Beauty Body is my favorite, I bought it, did it one night, and immediately ordered 3 more of their dvds, now I have almost the whole collection. I guess I wouldn't say Yoga Beauty Body is focused on relaxation, but it's an extremely good introduction to the whole kundalini concept, there are a good set of basic ky exercises, good meditation, and it really gives you the flavor of what the RaviAna workouts are like. I think you would experience relaxation after the dvd is over, as a sort of side effect, along with a calm energy, deeper sleep, glowing skin, etc. I LOVE RaviAna, I've been doing ky for 6 months and always feel I learn something new no matter how many times I've done a particular workout

Whatever you decide, enjoy!
