i was just thinking that the picture on the home page of cathe in the musclemax workout would make an awesome poster to hang on a wall. every time i see this, i want to go home and work out even harder than usual.

I just wanted to say that I clicked on the link you posted for lifetime TV and I read the article about you. You say you are inspired by that picture on the Cathe homepage, well I think anyone that reads that article about you will be inspired by you. I am so grateful to God that you were able to get out of the life you were in and was able to make a great life for yourself and your children. Not many women take the steps you did and I applaud you for that. Your children are lucky to have such a strong mother. I just wanted to say congratulations on everything and I wish you only the best in your life. Great job and your story makes me happy to be a woman by showing how we can overcome anything. Wonderful!!!

You've got that right! Cathe and the girls look amazing in this picture. I'm glad you posted this, I realised when I was looking at the picture that it's been a while since I've done MuscleMax so I'll do it tomorrow. I posted on another thread that I loved pliee squats, so I'll look forward to those }( Too bad my legs will never look as cut as Cathe's, she's so inspiring.
