Amy Bento's Workout Recommendations?

I was looking at Amy Bento's workouts on sale at TotalFitness. How are her strength workouts? Which ones would you recommend? Other recommendations are also welcome.

I love, love, love her Slo Mo (180 minutes), especially the leg one portion. I have All Pump Extreme (120 minutes) but have never done it just b/c too many workouts, too little time! That is supposed to be a goodie too though. Slo Mo is one that you work over 3 days but both have premixes.
 
I like Slo Mo too. I use it for the full body premixes. I like it because it's hard and Amy gets creative with the exercises so it isn't boring at all. The way this DVD hits my muscles is different from any other DVD that I own.
