i just completed the core part of this and have to say wow! to one exercise... i have pretty good abs and have never not been able to do an exercise..well, i tried the weighted barbell on the floor that you bend down , hold the bar and roll yourself out to a plank (no prob), but while retracting your abs you roll the bar back in and stand up---has anyone else had problems with this?

i don't do that exercise. I tried it twice and about killed myself. I rolled out too fast with the barbell and down I toppled. Now, I just grab my stability ball and do roll outs. Similar motionbut I think safer and safer for my back.

It took me a few tries, but now it feels soooo good. It is kind of like a pike, you have to find that one spot that you can work from in the plank position, and then you have it.
I actually think it is harder on the core than the pike, you are forced to use your core mostly, whereas in a pike I think you can cheat it with your hips.
JMO.
