Amy's APX work has some multi joint work to start then she goes into each body part. It is regular weight lifting with some Amy flare. Tracey's sculpting workouts are going to be lower weight. Her Sweatfest Sculpt looks good to me *I think* but it's touted as rehabilitative working on neglected muscles, balance, and coordination. The sculpt included on High Intensity Kickbox Challenge is different but you will be very limited in how heavy you can go. You will be able to lift heavier with Amy, depending on what type of weighted workout you are looking for. Tracey's best workout from the first series is her High Intensity Step Mix. I also use her core workout from time to time and enjoy that a lot. I've recently acquired Amy's KBX, HLX, Cardio Pump Step, Advanced Step Challenge, and I just ordered her Cardio Pump Hi/Lo. I enjoy Amy's weight work and her cardio and am finding myself reaching for her workouts more and more. Amy's HLX has most of APX on it combined within 3 premixes. I love premix #7 which works the lower body really well interspersing a few cardio blasts with the lower body weight work. With Amy's newest releases you get a lot of workout for your money. Definitely check out the clips on both websites. This should give you a really good idea of each instructor's style. Good luck with your decision! I still haven't decided if I'm preordering Tracey's workouts.
