Amy Bento In the Ring Clip

It almost looks like she got the "Posh" but is wearing it tucked behind her ears, cute!:) Probably really a good style when you workout so much...hum...NO, stop me! I am trying to grow my hair out for some reason...
 
Come on tneah, you know you want to do it! All the cool kids are doing it! :) I just did it back the end of January. My hair was almost down to my waist. I go through a lot less shampoo now! ;)

ETA: I'll admit though that it is not necessarily convenient for workouts! It's just long enough to fall in my face unless I wear it in two tiny ponytails. Amy must haves her shalaqued to stay back like that!
 
:) I e-mailed Amy asking her what workout shoes she was wearing in the clip of her new dvd. She responded almost immediately.

She's wearing AVIA 690's. Anyone know a website with discount prices for AVIA?

I preordered this too and the other one. can't wait! I love Amys workouts! shes also super nice I ask questions on her forum and she responds real fast.

Looks excellent. I pre-ordered it some time ago because I love kickboxing workouts and I have a medicine ball that I don't use enough. Looking at the clip, I'm glad it will soon be on the way!

This will be my first Amy Bento workout. She looks pretty no-nonsense!

Has anybody tried the Hi-Lo Dome Challenge? I only want the workout for the dome part, so don't want to pay full price for just that part. No way on the face of this earth could I ever even think of doing the first part. I would fall over my two left feet and break something! I digress - my question is this - is the dome portion anything great enough to warrant looking for the dvd on ebay? I have several other BOSU workouts, and use some regular step workouts on the BOSU too. Thanks! Shana
 
Hmmmm, I'm pretty loyal to Cathe when it comes to kickbox, but this looks like fun!! I think i'm ordering this one.

It doesn't work on my home computer. I get the message that it can't play the clip, and I need to be connected to the internet (which I AM already!). I can, however, play it on my work computer, which has a faster download anyway.

I think I'll like Tracey's new one better : some of Amy's moves still look like they take up a lot of space!

I think I'm going to order this DVD. I have a medicine ball that I received Christmas 2006 and it's still in the box. This will give me a reason to dig it out.

I think it's a great combo, med ball and kickboxing.
