Anyone tried her dvds All Pump or Team Boot Camp? I am tossing up over which one to buy as they both sound good! Which one would you choose and why? TIA
I have Amy's All Pump, but not Team Boot Camp. I am really pleased with my All Pump purchase. It is a lengthy strength training DVD, with many great pre-mix options, so IMHO it is a great value.
I just bought Kickbox Extreme and did the first half yesterday. It's 80 minutes long and I want to break it down and learn the steps first so I don't get hurt! The part I did was really fun.
I second the cardio rec's. HLX and KBX are awesome, fun cardio workouts with kick butt music! There are threee premixes on HLX that have a lot of footage from APX. Premix #7 is killer for a few cardio blast and some unique lower body moves. I had DOMS for days after that premix. I tried AP and A Team BC and did not like them.

I just did Kickbox Extreme and though there is a learning curve, I really enjoyed the w/o. Once I get the moves down, I'm sure it will be one of my favorites.
I have her A-Team Bootcamp. I like it. It has some interesting plyo moves in that I like the build-up on (instead of doing air jack after air jack, for example, Amy does three wide side steps, then and air jack, it kind of gets you ready for the move).
>If you have Netflix her Advanced Step Challenge and ATeam
>Boot Camp will be available on 2/6/07.

Thanks for the info! I forget they have workout DVDs. I've been toying w/the idea of getting some of her stuff just for variety, but can't seem to commit. I'm usually dissappointed compared to Cathe, but that's a good way to "try it out".
