Can someone compare Amy bento's KBX , Cathe KPC and Kimberly Spreen's Absolutely Kickboxing?

Intensity
fun factor
difficult factor (learning the moves)

I have KPC and Absolute kickboxing. I guess I'm wondering how Amy Bento compares.

Thanks,
Elaine

For intensity, I think Amy's workout is close to Cathe's (more intense than Kimberly's).

Amy's workout is fun, if you can get past the sometimes-illogical sequence of moves (I modify it quite a bit to make it more authentic). She is a very energetic and motivating instructor as well.

Amy is not as good at cuing as Kimberly (the best) and Cathe, and as I said, some of the sequences are awkward the way they are presented, so it may take a bit longer to learn than Cathe or Kimberly's workouts.

Thanks Katherine.

I wanted to try more kickboxing type workouts and I usually only do Cathe, but I am trying to branch out.

I would almost describe Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme as a sort of dancey kickboxing. Or at least more complicated with choreography. I really like some of her more unique moves. Some find that her form is not the best, but it doesn't bother me. I think it's a pretty fun and very intense workout. She has several premixes for different length workouts, but I find the premixes difficult because they are hard to follow if you don't do the workout often--because they are scrambled versions like combo 3 & 4 combined, followed by combo 5 & 6 combined--but without the initial breakdown. That's not a literal premix, I'm just making it up as an example. I just mean that I find the premixes a little hard to follow because I'm not yet totally familiar with the workout.

Amy and Kimberly's Kickboxing are fun, fun, fun. I LOVE Kimberly b/c her workout flows so well, it's fun, it gets my heart rate up yet doesn't KILL me. I love the body bar and core work throughout Kimberly's workout. Out of the three instructors Kimberly's Absolute Kickboxing is my favorite. I enjoy Amy's KBX a lot but for some reason I got frustrated the last time I did it. It had been a while and I had forgotten how I had made it work for myself. I think Any's kickboxing is a lot of fun once you learn it, but it is definitely more complex than Cathe's or Amy's. I love all my Cathe's but so far I wouldn't say the kickboxing workouts are my favorite. When I'm in the mood for KP&C, I love it and enjoy it. When I'm not in the mood and do it b/c it's on my rotation or what I had planned, it can seem to last forever.

I think that was wordy so let me rate my opinion of the following from most to least:
Fun factor: Kimberly's (Absolute Kickboxing) then Amy then Cathe
Intensity: Cathe then Amy then Kimberly (but I like that you have to work Kimberly's and focus on form...I feel the squeeze and get nice work without a lot of impact)
Premixes: Amy, Cathe, then Kimberly
Complexity and Difficulty of moves: Amy, Cathe, then Kimberly

HTH!
