Amazing workouts, Cathe!

I just wanted to post and let you know that your workouts are amazing, Cathe. I became a convert and instant fan this past fall. After losing 85 lbs since having my son (well, from my 40 week pregnant weight), I have been looking for an additional fitness challenge and a way to increase my lean muscle mass and improve strength. I have several of your workouts (Imax 2/C&W, Imax 3, LowMax, Kick, Punch, Crunch, Legs and Glutes, Tricep/Bicep Slow and Heavy, Push Pull, Muscle Endurance, Boot Camp and High Step Training) and at this point, I'm rotating those and only those - as I expand my collection, that is. I'm seeing muscle definition that I never have before and I know I have you to thank. I've been complimented on several occasions about how I look fit and healthy. After wearing a size 22 while pregnant, it really means the world to me - that, and being able to fit into size 10 jeans!

I have even found myself quoting lines such as "You can do it, yes, you can!" to others as I inspire them to reach their fitness goals. My sincerest thanks to you!

Hey, way to go Tracy! I only gained 20 lbs. with my pregnancies (back when docs were restricting weight gains big time (early 1970's!) - he put me on a salt-free diet when I inched toward 20 lbs.!. I kept only about 10 of those pounds, but it was miserable getting them off. Thank your lucky stars we have Cathe and other wonderful resources to help get off that baby weight! No one has to carry baby weight like a battle-scar!
