OWEEEEEEEE!!!
I've increased my weights this week on all of my strength training by just a measly 2lbs and HOLY MOLY does that make a BIG ol' difference!
But it felt GREAT!!!! (in a painful way... a good painful way!). I swear I feel like it made such a huge difference in how much stronger I feel and the gains I made!
For some reason, I've been afraid of adding any weight to my workouts! Now I KNOW I can do it and it feels wonderful, I'm going to continue to challenge myself in a more consistant way!
