Hello! I'm just beginning a xtrain rotation and am SO excited! However, with my work schedule -- I only have time to workout for about 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon. I was wondering if it was effective to split Cathe's xtrain strength DVDs in half (for example: do XTrains bi's and tri's warm up, 15 minutes of strength, and 5 minute cool down in the AM.. then the warm up again, the SECOND 15 minutes of strength, and 5 minute cool down in the PM) In other words, is targeting the same muscle group at different points in the day an effective style of training?
