Hi,
I am new to all of this and just ordered a step and three beginning videos to go with it. Up until now my cardio always consisted of either the elliptical or the treadmill (walking only because I get severe shin splints from running ). I have always been into lifting weights and I always lift as heavy as I can, although I have been on a hiatus for a few months. So my question is, am I ready for STS Strength or should I start with the 4 Day-Split? Can I do the beginning videos while doing STS? I'm lost. There's just so much information on this site that I'm feeling overwhelmed.
I wish I had discovered your videos sooner. I ordered my troy lite bar and my tower as well!!! I'm so excited to get started!!!!
