Wendy, that one sounds like a killer. Great job! I know exactly how your legs feel after not using the elliptical for a while. I have both a treadmill and an elliptical at home, but I favor the tread, so when I do get on the elliptical my legs scream. Props to you for sticking with it! I've been switching back and forth between the two machines during my cardios lately, because my legs just can't seem to endure twenty straight minutes on either!
Jacque, I hate to say it, but my secret to staying on the diet track is being divorced! Sooooo much easier to do my own thing when I don't have to deal with someone else's food habits, you know? Granted, I have kids, but let's face it, they're going to eat what I keep in the house, right? About two weeks ago I went through my food cabinet and tossed everything that was not diet friendly, which included a ton of Easter candy. My son was ticked for a minute or two, but got over it quickly. (He likes to watch what he eats, too.)

P.S. Yay Sunny! Awesome job with the weight loss!
Lori, are you a stay at home mom? I did that for eight years. There is no job more difficult. Hang in there, this too shall pass.
