Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Kickbox Yoga Fusion with Patricia Moreno. I added on 10 Min Trainer Yoga Flex 10" for the cooldown/stretch. Workout was 65" and I burned 495 calories. I really like this workout. I double time some of the moves and add a bit of impact.
I think I'm gonna try doing Patricia's workouts every Saturday. Her physique is so inspiring to me. She has a really nicely cut, muscular upper body. I have her Intensati workouts also. I once emailed her to ask her about her workout routine and she replied that she did a lot of high rep workouts (and Intensati, kickbox, etc). I think she looks great. I'm gonna try doing more of her workouts.
Surprisingly, I am a tad sore from yesterday's band workout. I know that I've read bands work your muscles differently and you should incorporate them to change things up from time to time........so I guess I should do it.....but they aren't as much fun for me as lifting that solid iron or throwing around those kettlebells!
I still need to try my Dove's....but the first one I did wasn't that much fun. We shall see.
I have to work today.....so no normal Saturday routine for me.
Does anyone have the Valslides with the workouts advertised on Valeries website and if so, how are they?
