Hi Girls.
Jacque: Sometimes there are just no healthy options so rather then starve, just pay attention to portions and get a good work out in the next day!
Jen: I think I am going to start an X rotation at the end of the month so if you are doing Alwyn at the same time then we'll finally once again be doing what the thread title CLAIMS us to be doing!
If I wimp out of the X then it will probably be the bells so either way we are good to go...
Today's work out is CTX Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and abs. ANYTHING but lower body is fine with me. I'm a leetle bit sore from y'day's run!
